Due to the original roof not being installed to manufacturer specifications, the roof started delaminating along the parapet walls. They lost approximately 30% of their roof during a high wind event on a weekend. They had $30M worth of inventory in the warehouse that was at risk of getting damaged.
We sent a crew down within a few hours of the call and got the roof sealed and fastened. We then gave them an estimate to redo the entire roof with TPO. After negotiating for a few months, they accepted the proposal and we installed it in a little over 30 days. They have not had a leak or issue since we installed it, plus they now have an annual maintenance plan to service the roof every year.
