This roof had an old spray foam system on it, there were multiple leaks in the gutter areas that was ruining the interior of the hangar. Other roofing companies wanted to install a whole new roof over the existing system but the city didn’t like the idea and wanted to restore it.
We pressure washed the roof, cut out bad areas, cut down high areas to improve water flow and built crickets in the internal drains to eliminate water ponding. We then refoamed the cut out areas, primed and recoated the entire roof. They now have a 20 year warranty and have been leak free since completion. We saved the city thousands of dollars and kept tons of waste out of the landfill
